1. Current Status — Pre-Launch
CTOTalk.ai is currently in pre-launch mode. No paid products or subscriptions are available for purchase at this time. This policy will apply when paid courses and digital products become available.
2. Digital Products and Courses
When the platform launches, the following refund terms will apply:
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a purchased course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course content.
Partial Completion: If more than 30% of the course has been completed, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Technical Issues: If you cannot access purchased content due to a technical issue on our end, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of completion status.
